I have no video on some podcasts width QuickTime 7.4
Apple reports that some users have problems to play MPEG4 videos with Quicktime 7.4 (file could be played withouth video).

To solve the problem in Windows try the following:
- go to Control Panel
- open the QuickTime control panel
- choose the Advanced tab
- select "Safe mode (GDI only)" in the Video section
